The trade in the shares issued as part of the capital raise operations of Petar Karaminchev (

) and Aroma (

) will kick off on May 30 (Friday) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).

The value of Petar Karaminchev's issue amounted to 662,028 leva prior to the capital raise. The capital of the company rose by 2.65 mln leva to 3.31 mln leva after the capital hike was completed.

Synergon Holding (

) acquired 2.53 mln shares in its subsidiary Petar Karaminchev as part of the capital raise. As a result Synergon's owns directly 89.80% of the capital of the company.

Aroma's capital was raised from 5.16 mln leva to 15.49 mln leva. The capital increase was carried with own funding, while the shareholders received two new shares for each existing share.

A total of 50 shares in Petar Karaminchev traded hands today. The price of the stock remained unchanged at an average of 2.3 leva per share. Aroma's stock appreciated by 2.04% to an average of 3.84 leva per share on the day.
