After completing a successful IPO and capital increase from 5.1 mln to 6.8 mln leva (3.476 mln euros), Agria Group Holding was listed in the Commercial register and the newly issued shares have been registered with Central Depository, the underwriter United Bulgarian Bank told Profit.bg.

Investors have to visit their intermediaries in order to receive the depository receipts.

UBB and Agria Group Holding had set the price per share at 9.04 leva aiming at active secondary trade. The IPO proceeds stand at 15.368 mln leva (7.857 mln euros).

Agria Group Holding has already applied for listing as a public company by the Financial Supervision Commission. Shortly after receiving the FSC's opinion the company will apply for registration of the stock on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The free-float will account for 25% of the company's capital. Trade is expected to start in March.
