The company plans a capital increase from 2 mln leva (1.022 mln euros) to 3 mln leva (1.533 mln euros) by issuing 1 mln shares with a face and emission value of 1 lev.
The company issues 2 mln rights. The number of shares one person may subscribe is equal to the number of shares they own multiplied by 0.5 and rounded to whole number.
Rights will be traded till 31 August, and the code assigned to the emission is R1KRS. The auction for the unused rights will be held 26 September 2007.
Main shareholders are Balkan SIS AD with 19.5% of the capital, Petar Neichev and sons with 16.9%, Platon with 15.5%, and Orpheus United Trade Company with 7.8%.
The issuer has four subsidiaries – Eltec-print plates, IP Popularna Kasa 95, Atlas Unioni, and Transmobile 21.
The company is filing the public offering in order to raise funds for development of its subsidiaries, and to finance the innovation and introduction of new technology in production activity.
Approximately 60% of raised funds will be used to finance projects of the subsidiaries. Stock from the capital of BSE Sofia will be purcahsed with the rest of the money.
