The Samokov-based English-Bulgarian company TrueBuildHomes will build 24 transportable and demountable prefabricated homes on the Greek Isle of Corinth by the end of the year. The 410 euros/sqm deal was signed between the Samokov-based company and the Greek real estate enterprise Peneladiki. The company expects to receive orders to build on other Greek islands as well.

TrueBuildHomes recently made another successful deal with the French Arlek. The company will ship houses to the Boa Anzeres region in Normandy. At the moment the field is being examined by British. TrueBuildHomes was assigned the task after construction entrepreneur Eric Conyard surveyed companies in Estonia, Lithaunia, Serbia and Romania.

“TrueBuildHomes are well aware of the European practices in construction as well as business. They have proved they are a reliable business partner,” Eric Conyard says.

The main advantages of prefabricated houses are that they are stable and have a long life. They can be constructed, delivered and put together in a period of up to 4 months after the order is made. They can also be moved to another location in a matter of several days. The houses have full insulation, which makes them energy efficient. They are built out of environment-friendly materials, and are also more resistant to earthquakes than regular buildings.

The price of a house is determined in the contract and there is no danger of additional expenses, as they are put together in a standard procedure requiring no additional
expertise.

TrueBuildHomes provides transport from the factory to the construction site on the territory of Bulgaria. Foreign clients (currently the company works with clients from Croatia, The Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, Turkey and Great Britain) pay for transportation themselves, unless the matter has been negotiated in advance.
