The trade in shares of Gabrovo-based company Dalia will start on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 14, the board of directors of the bourse decided today. The issue will be traded on segment A of BSE's Unofficial market.

The value of the issue amounts to 400,000 leva, divided in as many shares with 1 leva par value each. The issue will be traded under the DALIA bourse code.

The company, with executive director Hristo Hristov, specializes in the manufacturing of furniture.

Mart Bulgaria's issue was also registered on segment A of BSE's Unofficial market today. The trade in the stocks of the company will start on April 14.

The issue amounts to 1 mln leva, divided in as many shares with 1 leva par value each. The bourse code assigned to the issue is MART.

Mart Bulgaria is a national distributor of fast-moving technological goods. The company has been operating on the market since 2002, having the distribution of cards for prepaid communication services as its main line of business.

Mart Bulgaria operates a network of six offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Haskovo and Veliko Tarnovo. The capital of the company stands at 1 mln leva, while its stock will be traded under the MART bourse code.
