Vasil Bojkov is the buyer on two of the deals with Mostsroy today. He already owned 17.22% of the stock when the deals were made. The company chairman Orlin Hajiyankov controls 6.79%.
In two other deals, Burgas Shipbuilding Jsc sold 24.5% in Moststroy to ABV Engineering and 19.48% to Eurobuilding 2000 Jsc. The latter also bought 7% in IMO-Bulgaria.
As we said there were two block deals with Holding Roads shares. ABV Engineering dols 5.01% to Orlin Hajiyankov and Eurobuilding Jsc transferred 10.54% to Vasil Bojkov.
Both companies have scheduled general meeting of shareholders in June's second half. Moststroy is planning a capital increase from 1.115 mln to 5.575 mln leva (2.8 mln euros) using own funds, while Holding Roads shareholders will discuss a hike from 432,000 leva to 30.67 mln leva (15.6 mln euros) using own funds.
Vasil Bojkov and Orlin Hajiyankov are also main shareholders in Railway Infrastructure Holding, which is planning to file an IPO in the next few months.
400 shares in Moststroy changed hands during regular trade at prices between 142.60 and 149.40 leva.
233 shares were traded on the position of Holding Roads. The price varied between 1040 and 1085 leva apiece.
