Himimport plans to increase its capital from the present 130 mln leva to 150 mln leva, through a producing of 20 mln shares with emissional value 11 leva, announced from the holding assosiation one month ago.

The net incomes for Himimport from the increasing of the capital are expected to come to 219 mln leva, after the deducting of the expected expenses for the offering. But where the guidance of the company plans to invest the incomes?

The holding assosiation thinks to use the net incomes of the new shares for a financing of investitions of the group, including for registering of shares from the forth-coming increasing of the capital of Central Cooperativ Bank, for gaining to a shares and parts of Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria EAD, Zarneni hrani Balchik EAD, Prima Agrohim EOOD, on a vulue minimum of 61.23 mln leva, and other assosiations in a connection with the consolidation of the cereal business, for gaining of the majority shareholder of the pension assosiation Lukoil Garant to a value minimum of 22 leva and buying an immovable properties.

The increasing of the capital will be realized through the produsing of rights, when one new share will can be inscribed for 6.5 rights. From the assosiation expect the trade with rights to be leaded in period from 10 to 21 September, and the auction for the unused rights to be leaded on 2 October.

The final date for registering the shares from the increasing of the capital is expected to be on 17 October 2007.The top manager in offerings is Unicredit Bulbank AD, Cental Cooperative Bank AD is co-manager.

Himimport AD record unconsoled profit up to 41.3 mln leva (0.3177 leva for a share) for six months, in comparison with 2 mln leva one year ago. We want to remind that the incomes from the group has increased from 354 mln leva for 2005 to 518 mln leva for 2006. The net result of the group has increased from 30 mln leva for 2005 to 2006.

By this moment on possitions are dealed 23 028 shares on levels from 13.86 and 14.075 leva for one share.
