Sopharma AD has acquired 100 000 shares of the capital of Doverie United Holding AD and thus the participation of the pharmaceutical company in the holding increases to 5.07%, BSE-Sofia announces.

The transaction was performed on March 5th at a price of BGN 6,85 or a total of BGN 685 000.

In the beginning of February was announced that Ognyan Donev, Executive director of Sopharma has increased his participation in the holding to 10.55%. Donev’s direct shareholding amounts to 2.69 % while other 7.83% he is holding through related parties.

At the beginning of the year the shares of Doverie United Holding were trading at about BGN 2.70 per share. Since then a growth of 2.7 times was marked up to a level of BGN 7.34 and today they stood at BGN 7.70 which is a new height for this position.

For 2006 the holding reported an unconsolidated net profit of BGN 128 000 against BGN 2.14 for the previous year, while the net sales revenues for 2006 amount to BGN 170,635 mln.

The holding is a major shareholder in Industrial Holding Doverie AD, Doverie Capital AD, OZOF Doverie AD, Homogen AD, Reklama LLC and others.

The company’s share capital is BGN 13.15 mln and its total equity towards the end of last year was BGN 23.07 mln.
