The General Meeting of Shareholders of Drujba AD-Razgrad approved the distribution of gross dividend of 0.29 leva per share for the past year (0.2697 net dividend), BSE-Sofia website reported.

The remaining part of the 2006 profit in the amount of 173,000 leva was allocated to the Additional Reserves Fund.

Ex-dividend date is 12 July, 2007.

Shareholders in Drujba AD received 0.20 leva gross dividend per share (0.186 leva net dividend) for 2005.

The company posted a net non-consolidated profit in the amount of 99,000 leva for 1Q against 100,000 leva a year ago.

There were no transactions involving the stock of the company in today's morning session and the bids and asks stayed at 37.00 and 38.999 leva per share.
