At its meeting held 18 March 2008 the Financial Supervision Commission confirmed the IPO prospectus of Sofia-based Voluntary Insurance Network Zdrave Jsc (DOM Zdrave).

The issue's value stands at 470,000 leva allocated in as many common shares with a face value of 1 lev. The minimum issuing value per share has been set at 3 leva.

The new stock is issued as a result of the company's capital increase.

The FSC has listed the issue with the Public Register.

DOM Zdrave's capital currently stands at 2,350,000 leva (1,201,535 euros). With the capital hike the company aims to expand its network and increase the quality of its services in order to attract more customers and boost premium income.

DOM Zdrave is controlled by 121 physical persons. Only three years after its establishment, the insurer boasts a 13% market share (as of H1 2007).

The company has partnerships with 800 medical clinics in Bulgaria, with more than 10,000 medical practitioners and with 750 pharmacies across the country.

Premium income stood at 1.921 mln leva in H1 2007.

DOM Zdrave is the leader on the market of complex medical help with a 46% market share. The average return on investment in the company stood at 13.44%.
