120,637 shares, or 36.5% of the capital of Electronica AD Sofia (

) were offered at a closed mixed auction on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange today.

All shares constituted one lot with a minimum price of 23.47 mln leva (12 mln euros), which is 194.55 leva per share. There was just one bid at the minimum price.

The company's main activity is the development, manufacturing and maintenance of electronic measuring devices, including devices for the sectors of energetics and heat-and-power supply, as well as trade and repair of electronic cash registers with fiscal memory.

The company posted a net non-consolidated profit in the amount of 277,000 leva, or 0.84 leva per share in 2007 H1, versus 269,000 leva (0.81 leva per share) in the respective period a year ago.

1,498 shares have changed hands so far today on the BSE at prices between 100 leva and 148 leva per share.
