REITs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) were traded in high volumes on Thursday. More than 1.5 mln shares in Bulgaria Real Estate Fund changed hands on the day. The stock depreciated by 5.21% to 0.709 leva per share.

Bulland Investments ended the day 0.39% up at 0.78 leva per share after 140,000 shares traded.

The traded volume on the position of Advance Terrafund came to 60,352 shares. The stock of the company appreciated by 0.07% to 1.531 leva per share.

A total of 52,450 shares in Fund Estates were sold on Thursday. The stock price of the company remains under pressure dropping by 12.50% to 0.14 leva per share.

The news that Trace Group Hold has offered shareholders to raise its capital with own funding from 2.2 mln leva at present to 24.2 mln leva attracted buyers. As a result the stock of the company appreciated by 5.27% to 90.069 leva per share.

Bulgarian-American Credit Bank's stock depreciated by 1.28% on the day closing at a price of 7.7 leva per share.

Three of BSE's four indexes ended Thursday' session lower: SOFIX (-0.42%, to 437.19 points), BG REIT (-1.80%, to 49.73 points) and BG TR30 (-0.37%, to 355.49 points). BG40 was the only gainer on the day advancing by 1.76%, to 131.78 points.

BSE's overall turnover amounted to nearly 2 mln leva on the day. The REIT market accounted fot 1.3 mln leva of the figure.
