SOFIX lost 2.60 points or 0.21% to 1,232.40 points today. In the past three months the index went down 10.78% registering a yearly minimum of 1,220.12 points on 8 May.

In the same period the broad BG40 was up 9.32%. The index gained 0.40% today to 244.84 points. Total turnover amounted to 9.398 mln leva achieved through 966 transactions.

Three of the “blue chips” were actively traded today – Chimimport, Monbat and Sopharma ending up between 0.31% and 3.34%.

A total of 221,000 shares of the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company AD changed hands today at prices between 10.80 and 10.90 leva a piece. Only a week ago 65% of the telecom was sold for 1.08 bln leva.

With 48,000 lots transacted Eurohold Bulgaria lost 1.21% of its market cap to an average price of 3.25 leva/share. Starting today the holding’s shares are traded without right for participation in its forthcoming capital increase.

The holding’s capital will be increased via the issuance of 12,500,646 new ordinary paperless shares with a face value of 1.00 lev each and issue value of 3.35 leva each. The company’s capital will be increased from 50,002,586 leva to 62,503,232 leva.

Petrol AD and Central Cooperative Bank were down today 3.94% and 0.26% respectively levels of 4.63 leva nad 7.71 leva/share.

Elhim Iskra and Sparki Eltos hit new records to 39.43 and 33.50 leva/share respectively. Both companies plan to increase their capital using own funds.
