The total turnover with shares from BG40 last week reached 32.496 mln leva, Profit.bg statistics showed. The turnover with shares of the ten companies with the highest liquidity was 16.45 mln leva or 50.63% of the whole turnover of the index.

A total of 3,240 transactions were made in the period, and 1,776 transactions for the 10 most liquid companies.

The shares of 9 companies were involved in more than 100 transactions each. The companies with the highest liquidity in the period were Chimimport and Doverie United Holding – 384 and 239 transactions respectively.

Another 5 holding companies are in the top 10, as well as Monbat, which joined the BG40 index on Wednesday (9 May).
