A total of 1,499,972 of all the 1,500 000 shares from the capital increase of Media Systems AD-Stara Zagora, offered for subscription, have been subscribed and paid for, BSE-Sofia announced.

The company raised 1.5 mln leva from the capital increase with costs for the offering reaching 35,203 leva.

Media System AD posted a profit of 125,000 leva for the first quarter of 2007 down from 354,000 leva a year ago.

Total revenues in the period dropped 41% to 2.02 mln leva from 3.4 mln leva in the same period of 2006. Total costs also shrank by 37% to 1.88 mln leva from 3 mln leva a year ago.

No transactions were made on this position yesterday, bids/asks stood at 4.01/4.40 leva/share.
