Capital Increase Of Emka AD Sevlievo Registered By Court
Emka AD's capital increase from 1 792 148 leva (916,310 euros) to 5 376 444 leva (2.749 mln euros) was registered following a decision of the District Court of Gabrobo, dated 26 June, BSE reports.
The company increased capital using own funds, i.e via the transformation of 2006 profit and part of the reserves into capital. Emka AD issued 3 584 296 new, registered, paperless, voting shares with a face value of 1 lev.
The new shares will be allocated among investros in proportion to their interest in the capital prior to its increase – each shareholder shall receive two new shares for free.
The company posted a net non-consolidated profit in the amount of 662,000 leva (338,475 euros) in 1Q, against 757,000 leva (387,048 euros) for the respective period a year ago.
KEMP AD controls 38.73% of its capital, Industrial Capital Holding has 33.42% and Biser Ivanov owns 7.28%.
1607 shares have changed hands on the position so far today at prices between 13.65 and 14.80 leva/share.
