Economic And Investment Bank Adds 2006 Profit To The Reserves
At a general meeting held June 29, shareholders in CB Economic and Investment Bank AD-Sofia decided to add 2006 profit, which is in the amount of 29 793 205.96 leva (15.233 mln euros), to the Reserves Fund.
Shareholders also decided to add to the Reserves the amount of 778,600 leva (398,097 euros) accrued in 2006 by selling long-term material assests.
CB Economic and Investment Bank AD Sofia expects net profit of around 21 mln leva (10.739 mln euros) in 2007, against 15.947 mln leva (8.153 mln euros) last year, according to the bank's registration papers filed with the BSE.
EIB's assets are expected to reach 1.578 bln leva (806.818 mln euros) till the end of 2007, and total revenues are estimated at 575.857 mln leva (294.431 mln euros) for 2007, compared with 539.47 mln leva (275.826 mln euros) a year ago.
NOVATOR FINANCE BULGARIA S.à.r.l., L-2220, Luxembourg controls 48.63% of the capital, Tsvetlina Karagiozova and Svetoslav Bojilov both have 24.31%.
EIB's shares were last transacted on the BSE July 2 at 110 leva/share.
