Advance Terrafund Has Invested Over 19.5 Mln Leva Year-To-Date
Since the beginning of the year Advance Terrafund REIT has invested more than 19.5 mln leva (9.970 mln euros) in acquiring land in Bulgaria, BSE reports.
Just in 2Q, the company invested some11.3 mln leva (5.777 mln euros) in agricultural land and 3.2 mln leva (1.636 mln euros) in urban properties. The average price in its portfolio (after all dues paid) stands at 212 leva.
As of end of June 2007, Advance Terrafund REIT possesses 182,999 decares of land acquired at an average of 250 leva/decare.
In June the company bought another 37.715 decares near Sofia's Ring road and near Botevgrad Road, as well as a 5 decares agricultural land parcel at the beginning of the city of Vratsa. One side of the property lies alongside the first class Sofia-Vratsa motorway.
Towards 31 June 2007 Advance Terrafund REIT has contrats signed for the lease of 66 526 decares of land, or 53,6% of all land bought as of the end of 2006. The average lease price currently stands at 11,03 leva/decare.
The company expects to generate some 734,113 leva (375,346 euros) from lease contracts.
12 528 shares of the fund have changed hands so far today on the BSE at an average of 1.90 leva.
