As of 12 July, Agro Finance REIT possesses a total of 30,150 decares of arable land acquired at an average of 204.26 leva (all costs paid) and 195.36 leva (before costs).

The fund increased capital from 650,000 leva (332,339 euros) to 16.137 mln leva (8.250 mln euros) by issuing 15.487 mln common, paperless, voting shares with a face value of 1 lev.

The fund raised a total of 17.037 mln leva (8.710 mln euros) in the capital increase, which, as it stated earlier, will be used to acquire more agricultural land and to service two bank credits.

Agro Finance had previously announced its plans to possess a total of 170,000 decares of land till the end of 2007. 3000 shares changed hands on the position today at prices between 1.15 leva and 1.20 leva/share.
