Black Sea Investment REIT has signed a contract and obtained notary titles for the purchase of properties in downtown Plovdiv, on 63 Tsanko Diustabanov Str, on an area of 1,730 sq m, together with the buildings on it, BSE rports.

The fund acquired a three-storey reinforced concrete building with a 825 sq m total built-up area on each storey, together with a cellar with a total area of 825 sqm, and four additional buildings with areas of respectively 42 sqm, 32 sqm, 68 sqm, and 152 sqm.

The company also held a general meeting last week, which approved distribution of 25.13 leva gross dividend per share on 2006 income.

Ex-dividend date is 24 July 2007.

The only transaction with the company's stock so far was made October 23, when 250,000 lots changed hands at 2.55 leva per share.
