All 450,000 shares of Lomsko Pivo (10% of the capital) were sold at the maximum price of 3 leva. The total amount generated at today's auction stands at 1.35 mln leva (690,294 euros).

45 lots were offered at a closed mixed auction today. Each lot was equivalent to 10,000 shares. The minimum price per lot stood at 21,200 leva and the maximum - 30,000 leva.

Bids on the position are currently at 3.21 leva, and asks are at 3.70 leva.

Another 450,000 shares will be offered on the stock exchange tomorrow, when the minimum amount investors may purchase will be 1 share. The minimum price tomorrow will be lifted to 2.22 leva and the maximum will remain at 3 leva.

The third auction day is scheduled Monday (23 july), when unsold stock from the first and second days (if any) will be offered. Price limits remain the same – between 2.22 leva and 3 leva, and 1 lot is equivalent to 1 share.

The start of today's auction was delayed due to an unexpected technical problem. The auction started an hour later – at 10.30h, and continued through 12.00h.

The brewery's revenues grew 47% to 3.23 mln leva (1.651 mln euros) in 1H, against 2.2 mln leva (1.124 mln euros) a year ago.

Net operating profit reached 401,000 leva (205,028 euros) , which is a three-fold increase compared to the respective period a year ago.
