Prices of apartments in the famous Zlatni Piasatsi (Golden Sands) Resort vary between 900 to 2000 euros per sq. m., profit.bg found out.

The price depends on the quality and stage of construction, location, view (to the sea or not), and distance from the beach, also apartments on different storeys have different prices.

Most apartments in the beach resorts come with furniture, which also adds to the price.

This is due to the fact that most buyers are foreigners who do not want to spend additional time choosing furniture. Apartment complexes on the Black Sea Coast also offer full maintenance on the property at a fixed price, which is calculated depending on the size of the apartment.
