At its meeting today the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) registered the emission of shares of Sparky Eltos AD Lovetch (

) in the amount of 12 mln common shares with a face value of 1 lev, issued by the company as a result of the capital increase from 2 mln leva (1.022 mln euros) to 14 mln leva (7.158 mln euros).

After trade with the new shares starts on BSE, investors holding the stock on 27 June, will receive 6 new shares for free against each 1 share they own.

Last month the company announced it is planning another capital increase, to 2.8 mln leva (1.431 mln euros). Sparky Bulgaria AD controls 79.52% of its capital.

The electric tools manufacturer reported 25.027 mln leva (12.796 mln euros) in revenues in H1, or an 11.5% hike in sales, compared with the respective period in 2006.

H1 profit stands at 3.059 mln leva (1.564 mln euros), against 72,000 leva (36,813 euros) a year ago, which quite surpasses the projected earnings.

177 shares changed hands in today's session at prices between 18.8 leva and 19.00 leva.
