Albena Invest Holding AD (

) has transferred a total of 170,332 shares, or 6.42% of the capital of Neochim AD Dimitrovgrad (

) , BSE reports.

The deal took place on August 6 when a total of 183,000 shares changed hands at an average of 57.16 leva. The larger stakes were transferred at prices between 56.90 and 57.1 leva/share, and the total amount generated on the position came to 10 mln leva (5.112 mln euros).

We remind that the company is paying dividend between 15 September and 15 December 2007. Pre-tax dividend stands at 0.20 leva a share, which is 0.1986 leva after tax.

Shareholders who do not have client accounts with investment intermediaries can obtain dividend at any branch of UniCredit Bulbank in the country.

Those who do not claim dividend within the period mentioned above, can receive it at the company's office no later than 15 February 2008, or on their bank accounts .

Main shareholders are Albena Invest Holding controlling 45.12% of the capital and Raiffeisen Central Bank Austria AG with 4.69 %.

The company's shares dropped 2.77% today to an average of 18.58 leva, and Neochim's stock lost 2.25% to 62.15 leva.
