Indices Decline For The Sixth Time In Ten Sessions
Bulgarian indices ended today's trade on negative territory, SOFIX dropped 2.37% and BG40 lost 2.54%. This was their sixth decline for the last ten sessions.
On a weekly basis BG40 dropped 3.64% to 383.61 points, while SOFIX lost 2.99% to 1531.97 points.
The stock of 134 companies was transacted today and turnover amounted to 2.797 bln leva (1.430 bln euros).
During the last trade hour 90% of the capital of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company changed hands in two deals worth a total of 2.78 bln leva (1.422 mln euros), or 10.7 leva per share.
The emissions from the capital increases of three companies were floated on the BSE today. These are Stara Planina Hold, Emka, and Sparky Eltos. The price on all three positions dropped - Stara Planina Hold lost 10.10% to 6.85 leva, and Sparky Eltos and Enka dropped 14.81% and 6.63%, respectively, to 17.31 and 14.65 leva.
Chimimport's market value decreased by 1.57% to13.77 leva today, and Monbat lost 1.47% to 17.45 leva.
After gaining a little yesterday, today Odessos Ship Repair Yard and Orgachim dropped 2.05 % and 3.04%, respectively, to 286.76 leva and 431.27 leva.
The stock of Petrol added 1.08% to 4.69 leva with a small volume traded on the position, while Aroma AD eked a slight 0.47% to 10.62 leva.
Lomsko Pivo gained 1.72% to 3.56 leva, one transaction was made at 3.625 leva. Today the company reported profit for the first seven months of the year reached 608,000 leva (310,865 euros).
