The start of the trade with the Bianor's campaigns should start the next two weeks,announced the company today.

The assosiation registered incomes of 1.512mln. leva through the first six months of 2007 year, which is 34% more than the results for the same period of 2006 year.

The profit of the company for the first six months of 2007 year is 215 thousand leva,or 14% more than the first six months of 2006 year.

„This year and the next one are period of investments for Bianor,but this cannot be an obstacle to hold up the good rate of growing the profit of the group“,said Kostadin Yordanov,executive director of „Bianor“.

„At this moment we are supporting to the forecasts for development of the business and my expectings are this forecasts to become a reality.The announced in our investment program representative office in USA is already functioning and I expect that soon it will give its first results.By the end of the year we are going to realize another announced investments“,added Iordanov.

At the beggining of the week was announced ,that two of the fifth students,who were started their practice in the company officially are going to become part of the company's team in September.

Bianor increased his capital from 540 222 leva to 675 222 leva by publishing 135 000 new ordinary shares with vote's right,with 1 lv.'s nominal for every single campaign.

The primary public offering of the assosiation was realized by the „book-building“'s method in the period of 25-29 June,and the selling value of the distributed shares is 1 383 750 thousand leva (135 thousand shares of 10.25lv.)

This amount will be used for a development of new selling chanals,earning another firms of the branch and investment in the present assosiations of the group.
