The rights of „Advance Equity Holding „AD- Sofia, which give the opportunity of participation in the forth-coming increasing of the assosiation's capital, will be traded from 10 to 21 September 2007.

On datas from the Bulgarian stock exchange, the auction for the unused rights is going to consist in time of the commercial session on 2 October, and the final date for recording of the shares from the increasing is 17 October.

IP „Karol“ AD is the exchange's member, who is proxy to service the increasing of the capital, while the gathering account will be detected in TB „Pireus Bulgaria“ AD.

„Advance Equity Holding plans to increase its capital with 11.984 mln leva to 35.983 mln leva, by producing of 11.984 mln rights, and each of them will give an opportunity for recording in two of the new shares of the assosiation with 1.00 lev nominal value and 1.08 leva emissional price.

The rights of the company will be dealed on the exchange with code- R1ADVEQ. The capital will be increased only if are recorded and payed minimum 18 mln new shares.

The final data for concluding the transactions with tha shares of the assosiations, in result of which the shareholder with the new shares has right to participate in the increasing of the capital is 31 August (Friday). Today on possitions were transfered 3001 shares on levels of 1.085 and 1.10 leva.
