The Commission for protection of the Competition allowed the gaining of 100% from the shares of „Dirent Bulgaria“ EAD, from the side of „Pireus Bank“AD.

The CPC's study shows that „Dirent Bulgaria“ develop its activity mainly by the operative credit.

In this market the parts of the two assosiations are under the established threshold for master situation and it doesnt expect an increase in result of the gaining.

The planned deal won't influence in the maret of the bank favours and can't change the possitions of „Pireus Bank Bulgaria“ AD in this sector.

CPC consider that the concentration can't disturb or limit the effective competition on the examined markets.
