Today the commission for financial supervision registered three companies as public in the leaded by it regigister. These are „Specialized business nsystems“, „Bianor“, and „United Properties ADCIC.

„Specialized business systems“ and „Bianor“ are two of the companies, that were realized a public primary offerings on the Bulgarianh stock exchange, with purpose of increase the capital and gather ing of fresh resourcefor its present and future projects.

The capital of SBS was increased with 3.319 mln leva to 5mln leva throuh the offering of 33 620 shares with 50.00 leva nominal value and 68.00 leva emissional value, when the total sum reached 2.286 mln leva.

From his side „Bianor“ increased his capital from 540 222 leva to 675 222 leva, through producing of 135 000 new ordinary shares without right to vote, with 1 lev nominal.

The primary public offering of the assosition was realized on the method „book building“ in the period of 25-29 Juny, and the whole value of the shares is 1 383 750 leva(135 shares with 10.25 leva value).

The sum of the shares will be used for new chanals of selling , gaining of other firms from the branch, sertificating and investigating in the present assosiations from the group.

„United Properties“ ADSIC is one of the newest share assosiations with special investitional purpose in the country. The fund thinks to buy places for building a storehouses in the zone of Kazichene, Pancharevo.
