Petrol With Consolidated Loss at the Rate of 3.34 Mln Leva for the First Six Months of 2007
Petrol recorded a consolidated loss for the first six months of 2007 at the rate of 3.34 mln leva, announced the consolidated account of the assosiation.
The rezult became clear, at the background of the realized a year ago profit at the rate of 14.32 mln leva. For comparison, the unconsoled account indicated a profit at the rate of 15.53 mln leva.
The consolidated incomes of the assosiation has decrease with 135 for the first six months by level of 565.93 mln leva, in comparison with a year ago.
The main part of the incomes from the sellings of the group are the incomes from selling a stocks(95% through the first six months of 2007).
Through 2007 they are 534 mln leva (273 euro), with comprison with 2006 their rate decrease with 12%. The main part of the sellings of stocks has formed from the incomes of fuel's wholesale and retail sale.
A decrease records and the consolidated expenses of the assosiations from 633.42 leva to 568.68 leva a year ago.
Through the first six months the Group records loss from the operations with derivative financial instruments at the rate of 19 mln leva (9.7 mln euro).
To 30 June 2007, Petrol AD owns investitions in 11 daughter's and 2 assosiated companies- Naftex Petrol EOOD, Petrol Trans Express EOOD, Petrol Technica EOOD, Petrol Cart Service EOOD, Eurocapital Bulgaria EAD, Petrol Storage EOOD, Petrol Trade EOOD, BPI EAD Transloto AD, Vratcata EOOD, Petrol Ingenering AD, Varna Business Services OOD and Petrol Gaz OOD.
Main shareholder of the company is Petrol Holding AD, with part in the company at the rate to 68.99%, followed by Naftex Oil Shipping Corporation Limited with part at the rate of 18.84%.
