Shares From Industrial Capital Holding Capital Increase To Be Floated Monday
The shares issued in the capital increase of Industrial Capital Holding (
) will be floated on the BSE Monday (10 September), the bourse reported.
The holding increased capital from 1 943 995 leva (993,948 euros) to 7 775 980 leva (3.975 mln euros) by issuing 5 831 985 common, paperless, registered shares with a face value of 1 lev. Shareholdrs will receive three new shares for free to each one share they hold.
The company posted net consolidated H1 profit in the amount of 584,000 leva (298,594 euros), against 1.1 mln leva (562,421 euros) a year ago.
Main shareholders in Industrial Capital Holding are Industrial Credit Bulgaria with 18.34% of the capital, ZAI with 12.96%, and Emka with 10.22%.
75 shares have changed hands on the position so far today at levels between 10.66 leva and 11.00 leva.
