On the first day of trade with the rights of Chimimport a total of 87,316 of them changed hands in 117 transactions. The daily turnover on the position reached 39 340.66 leva (20,114 euros).

The minimum price today was 0.367 leva per right and the maximum reached 0.60 leva. The bourse code assigned to the emission is R1CHIM.

6.5 of the rights entitle to the subscription of 1 new share at an emission price of 11 leva. Chimimport is planning to increase capital from the current 130 mln leva (66.467 mln euros) to 150 mln leva (76.693 mln euros), which means the company is expecting to raise some 220 mln leva (112.484 mln euros).

Trade with the rights will continue through September 21. The auction for the unused rights will be held October 2 and the deadline for subscription of shares issued in the capital increase is October 17.

The bourse members servicing the capital increase procedures are CB Unicredit Bulbank and CB Central Cooperative Bank.

Today the stock was traded at prices between 13.87 leva and 14.07 leva/share today.
