Bulgaria Properties REIT has acquired another non-regulated land property, situated in Sofia, Mladost area 4, near Kambanite. The property is on an area of 1,275 sqm, and a price tag of 120,000 euros.

The property is surrounded by the land that the company won at an auction organized by the State Receivables Collection Agency on June 11 this year.

As we informed, in June, Bulgaria Properties REIT won the auction organized by the State Receivables Collection Agency, at which were offered properties in Sofia, Mladost 4 area, which the government acquired in the insolvency procedures of CB Elitbank.

The company's winning bid for the 77,978 sqm of land was 37,536,421 leva (19.192 mln euros).

886 shares changed hands on the position today at an average price of 2.20 leva.
