Sparky Eltos's January – September Profit Up From 148,000 To 6.221 Mln Leva
Lovetch-based Sparky Eltos (
) posts profit in the amount of 6.221 mln leva (3.180 mln euros) in January – September 2007, versus just 148,000 leva (75,671 euros) for the respective period a year ago, shows the non-consolidated September 30 report.
Revenues stand at 49.440 mln leva (25.278 mln euros), against 32.887 mln leva (16.814 mln euros) a year ago. Sales revenues account for 49.232 mln leva of those, up 50.3% from 32.756 mln leva in September 2006.
Production sales this year amounted to 41.674 mln leva (21.307 mln euros), which is an increase of more than 11 mln leva. Revenues from sales of goods increased seven-fold to 4.986 mln leva.
Costs surged from 32.739 mln leva (16.739 mln euros) to 43.219 mln leva (22.097 mln euros). Core activity costs account for 41.735 mln leva of the total figure. Material costs were highest – 26.177 mln leva on September 30, versus 22.374 mln leva a year ago.
As of September 30, the company's assets stand at 90.875 mln leva (46.463 mln euros), compared with 67.649 mln leva (34.558 mln euros) a year ago.
The rights entitling to subscription of shares from the capital increase will be traded on BSE between October 18 – 31.
Sparky Eltos is increasing capital from the current 14 mln leva (7.147 mln euros) to 16.8 mln leva (8.589 mln euros). The capital will be increased on condition that at least 2.28 mln new shares are subscribed and paid.
Shares rose 1.92% yesterday to an average of 18.09 leva at a turnover of 4,287 shares.
