Somoni Financial Brokerage: We Expect Trace Group Hold's IPO To Attract A Lot Of Attention

Profit.bg talked with Nikolay Grancharov, Elisaveta Arsenova and Angel Dikov, representatives of Somini Financial Brokerage about Trace Group Hold's forthcoming IPO.
Q When will Trace Group Hold's IPO take place?
On October 26, 2007.
Q How many shares will be offered and at what price?
A total of 200,000 shares will be offered at 110.50 leva.
Q Will investors be required to prove they have the cash when they make their orders?
There are no such requirements in general. This is a matter of the investment intermediary's own rules. In Somoni International we have known our clients for years and we are aware of their financial capabilities.
However, new clients, especially those who appeared precisely because of Trace Group Hold'd IPO, will be asked to prove they have the money.
Q Are there any restrictions about the size of the orders?
A. One person (physical person and/or legal entity) may submit an order for a quantity no larger than the whole offered amount (i e 200,000 shares) at 110.50 leva.
B. In case one person (physical person and/or legal entity) tries to subscribe more than the whole amount of offered shares via one or several investment intermediaries, their orders will be disqualified and not taken into account.
C. Investment intermediaries cannot apply for an amount larger than the one offered on their account. They are treated as legal entities and all other rules (incl A and B above) are valid for them as well.
Q Is there a minimum or maximum amount that one investor can subscribe?
No, there are no such requirements.
Q What is the remuneration that Somoni Financial Brokerage will receive for managing the subscription procedures?
The remuneration of the subscription manager is determined by the prospectus – 88,440 leva.
Q What oversubscription do you expect?
We think that the IPO will attract a lot of attention.
Q When will the stock be floated on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange?
We expect the first transactions tol take place before the end of the year.
