The issues of Agria Group and Sparky Eltos have been registered by Central Depository, the weekly bulletin of the institution reveals. The companies are planning to hold SPOs in the following months.

Sparky Ruse has a core capital in the amount of 3 mln leva, (1.533 mln euros) it was increased from 1 mln leva). The company's core activity is the production of electric motors and mechanical parts, moulds, steam rollers etc.

Between 1997 and 2006 Sparky Eltos invested 10 mln euros in new equipment, and staff training.

The company plans to invest 23 mln euros between 2007 and 2010 in the construction of a new plant equipped with latest technology, in installation of new modern equipment, and in overall modernization of the machine park.

The Varna-based Agria Group Holding operates in the following fields: food industry, industry and processing (more specifically of grains), and agriculture, via subsidiaries Kristera Popovo, Devnya-based Kristera Agro, Varna-based Agro EOOD, Corn Targovishte bread-making plant, Verna-based Corn Jsc.

Agria Group Holding is expecting 2007 profit to come to about 1.788 mln leva (914,189 euros), and revenue at 48.749 mln leva (24.924 mln euros).

Central Depository also registered the capital increase of Torgoterm – from 750,000 leva (383,468 euros) to 3 mln leva (1.533 mln euros). The Kiustendil-based kitchen equipment manufacturer is also planning a stock exchange listing by end of 2007. The company's profit grew nearly 50% last year to 879,000 leva (449,425 euros), revenue reached 7.244 mln leva (3.703 mln euros).
