Enemona Jsc Posts 7.532 Mln Leva Profit On September 30 Report
The non-consolidated profit of Enemona Jsc for the January – September period 2007 stands at 7.532 mln leva (3.851 mln euros), up 5.982 mln leva (nearly 386%) compared with September 30 last year.
Sales revenues for the nine months of the year stand at 50.042 mln leva (25.586 mln euros), or 65% up from last year.
At the end of November 2007, Enemona JSC will filed an initial public offering. Elana Trading will be underwriter of the issue, and United Bulgarian Bank will be co-underwriter.
UBB has established itself as a reliable partner to Enemona JSC, the bank was also underwriter of the first issue of non-secured corporate bonds with face value of 6 mln euros issued by the company in 2006.
Enemona JSC is a Bulgarian private enterprise. Its core activity is the realization of projects and investments in the field of conventional and nuclear energy, ecology, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. It employs a total of 2,500 managers, experts and workers.
