Eurolease Auto Increases Capital To 9 Mln Leva
Sofia City Court has registered the capital increase of Eurolease Auto, a unit of Eurohold Bulgaria, with the following parameters: from 4,867,200 (2.488 mln euros) to 9,000,000 leva (4.601 mln euros) via issue of 4,132,800 registered, paper, non-preferred voting shares with a face value of 1 lev.
The court also erased the names of Kiril Boshov, Eurohold Bulgaria-Sofia, and Asen Asenov as members of the Board of Directors.
The new Board members are Kiril Boshev – chair, Georgi Denkov – vice-chair, and Asen Asenov executive member representing the company.
Eurolease Auto has issued bonds worth 18 mln euros year to date.
Shares of Eurohold Bulgaria have dropped 2.1% so far today on BSE to an average of 7.91 leva.
