The actualization of one of the new indexes on BSE – BGTR30 becomes effective today (December 3).

The Bulgarian Telecommunications Company will be taken out and replaced by Fazerles.

The general meeting of Doverie United Holding is scheduled Tuesday (December 4). Shareholders will vote a proposal for capital increase from 13.15 mln leva (6.723 mln euros) to 14.027 mln leva (7.171 mln euros).

The capital will be increased via issue of 876,657 paperless voting shares with a face value of 1 lev and issue value of 12 leva.

A closed mixed auction for the sell-off of 15,000 rights issued in the initial capital increase of PRC REIT will be held on BSE on Wednesday (December 5). The company is increasing capital from 500,000 leva (255,645 euros) to 650,000 leva (332,229 euros).

900,000 shares, or 20% of the capital of Lomsko Pivo will be offered at an auction on December 6. The minimum limit price of 1 lot has been set at 3.50 leva, 1 lot being 1 share.

Billboard will IPO between December 5 and 7, and today (December 3) is the last day pf the IPO of Agria Group Holding.
