Central Depository Registers Capital Increases of Four Companies

The capital increases of four companies have been registered with Central Depository, the institution's monthly bulletin reveals. These are Balgarska Roza-Sevtopolis, Holding Varna A, Holding Nov Vek and PRC REIT.
Balgarska Roza-Sevtopolis raised capital from 6.033 mln leva (3.084 mln euros) to 12.065 mln leva (6.168 mln euros) via issue of 6.033 mln new shares with a face and issue value of 1 lev.
Holding Varna A raised 49.48 mln leva (25.298 mln euros) in capital increase procedures, the holding's capital will be raised from 1 to 2.099 mln leva (1.073 mln euros).
Holding Nov Vek raised capital from 649,620 leva to 1,557,209 leva (796,188 euros) via issue of 907,589 common, registered, paperless, voting shares with a face value of 1 lev.
Holding Nov Vek gained some 19.967 mln leva (10.208 mln euros) in the capital increase procedures.
The fourth company is PRC REIT. The fund completed initial capital increase procedures from 500,000 leva to 650,000 leva (332,339 euros).
