Property rent prices in Yambol rose the most last year, according to statistics provided by Address real estate agency. The hike is in the amount of 51.65% to 1.99 euros/square meter.

Rents in Ruse also rose significantly – from 1.74 euros/square meter in 2006 to 2.55 euros/sq m at the end of 2007.

The figures added more than 30% in the cities of Plovdiv and Burgas, 22% in Blagoevgrad.

In Stara Zagora the average monthly rent rose by 20%, and by 16% in Varna. At the end of 2007, the average monthly price in Sofia was 4.93% euros/sq m, compared with 4.28 euros a year ago.

A significant increase was also recorded in Sliven, while Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven saw the smallest hikes.
