Ten BG40 Stocks End The Week Up

Three of the four official indexes on BSE ended the last day of the week on negative territory. Unlike yesterday, BGREIT, which gauges the stock performance of 11 real estate investment trusts, turned out to be the only advancing indicator today, adding 0.38% to 99.97 points.
SOFIX fell 1.83% to 1377.59 points, and BG40 lost 2.56% to 400.12. BGTR30 closed at 895.52 points, which is 0.66% up from yesterday.
BSE's total turnover stood at 8.627 mln leva (4.410 mln euros). The value of block and other agreed transactions came to 2.868 mln leva (1.466 mln euros). 64 out of the 135 active issues ended on positive territory.
Ten stocks in BG40 advanced on a weekly basis. The biggest gainer among them is Monbat, which added 11.3%. The stock of the Montana-based company opened at 24.61 leva on Monday and closed at 27.39 leva today.
Bulgarian Holding company gained 5.96% to 5.33 leva this week.
The period was also very successful for TK Hold. The stock rose 5.65%. The price on the position varied between 5.84 and 6.17 leva.
The other gainers in BG40 are: Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (+3.9% to 64.69 leva), Odessos Ship Repair Yard (+3.90% to 276.46 leva), Sopharma (+3.87% to 7.51 leva), Chugunoleene (+3.39% to 7.9 leva), Petrol (+3.09% to 5.67 leva), Industrial Capital Holding (+2.6% to 7.9 leva) and Doverie United Holding (+1.25% to 2.14 leva).
The biggest decliner this week was Balgarska Roza Sevtopolis. The stock plunged 24.73% to an average of 2.07 leva.
Shares of chemical plant Polimeri lost 11.47% to 7.1 leva. The third biggest slide is that of Industrial Holding Bulgaria – 10.69% to 7.6 leva.
The following also ended the week on negative territory – Toplivo (-9.94% to an average of 19.94 leva), Orgachim (-8.95% to 500.44 leva), Fazerles (-7.58% ti 211.37 leva) etc.
