A total of 71.8 mln leva will be invested in the Pravets Golf&Spa Club near Pravets, the club told Profit.bg.

Pravets Golf&Spa will feature a five-star hotel, a sports complex, an 18-hole golf course, a casino, a modern spa center, apartments, single-family houses and luxury villas.

A number of amenities within the complex will be accessible only to the members of the club and their special guests. These include the club restaurant, the club sports center, the club spa center, the bridge club, the children's club, the business center and etc.

The project for the construction of the golf course was developed by Harradine Golf, a German company established in 1929, which has designed and supervised the construction of more than 200 golf courses in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. The golf course near Pravets has 18 holes and meets all the requirements of the Professional Golf Association (PGA).

The golf course will be a classic Par 72 measuring 6,510 meters and will be capable of hosting international events.

The project for the hotel complex, the houses, the villas and the apartments was developed by ProArch EOOD.
