An open bid auction for the sale of 8.295 mln rights allowing the subscription of shares in Doverie United Holding will be held tomorrow (March 18) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
The rights and the shares were issued at a ratio of 15:1, while the issue value of the shares stands at 12 leva apiece.

Another auction for the sale of unsubscribed rights will be held on BSE on the following day. A total of 152 737 rights in Energetics & Energy Savings Fund SPV will be offered to investors on March 19.

Two rights entitle the subscription of one new share at par value of 3.20 leva. Shares issued as part of the capital raise operation of the SPV may be subscribed until April 3, 2008.

Monbat will present its 2008/2009 investment program on the same day, while six days later the monthly sales data of the company are due to be released.

The auction for the sale of 150,000 rights issued as part of the initial capital raise of Bulgari Reserve Properties REIT will take place on March 20. The secondary trade in the rights will continue until April 2, while the stock symbol assigned to the issue is R2BULRP. The deadline for the subscription of shares in the capital raise is set for April 29.

The general shareholders' meeting of Momina Krepost will take place on March 20. Shareholders will discuss as to whether the capital of the company should be raised from 282,000 to 1.69 mln leva with own funding. Thus, each shareholder will receive five new shares for free.

Trade in rights issued as part of the capital raise operations of Alfa Wood Bulgaria and Z Property Investments Fund REIT will continue throughout the week.

Alfa Wood Bulgaria plans to increase its capital from 206,870 to 620,610 leva, through the issuing of 206,870 rights. The ratio of issued rights to new shares stands at 1:2. The issue value of the new shares is set at 30.00 leva apiece. A total of five deals for 504 rights have been sealed so far.

Z Properties Investment Fund is in the process of raising capital from 500,000 to 650,000 leva. The bourse code assigned to the issue is R2ZREIT.
