All 8.295 mln unused rights issued by Doverie United Holding changed hands in 18 transactions on BSE today. The turnover on the position amounted to 83,023 leva.

15 rights entitle to the subscription of 1 new share at 12 leva apiece. The deadline for subscription of the new shares issued in the company's capital increase is April 2.

Doverie United Holding aims to raise its capital from 13.15 mln to 14.03 mln leva (7.17 mln euros). The capital increase will be successful if at least 701,325 new shares are subscribed.

The underwriter of the procedures is FFBH. Doverie United Holding posted consolidated profit in the amount of 17.27 mln leva last year (8.83 mln euros). The holding's consolidated revenues grew 14.8% y/y, from 175.22 mln to 201.11 mln leva (102.8 mln euros).

6,393 shares have changed hands so far today on BSE at prices between 11.99 and 12.40 leva apiece.
