Fair Play Properties REIT (

) expects to book profit in the amount of 10.4 mln leva (5.317 mln euros) this year. The company announced prognoses for financial results today and plans to pay at least 0.16 leva dividend on 2008 income, which is 0.02 leva up from last year.

Its profit for allocation in 2007 stood at 8.8 mln leva (4.49 mln euros), which exceeded the expected 8.2 mln leva.

2008 sales revenues are estimated at 42.46 mln leva (21.7 mln euros), of which 98% from apartment sales and 2% from rents.

The fund is planning ti invest some 73.6 mln leva (37.63 mln euros) this year. 42% (30.650 mln leva) of it will be spent on acquisitions of new parcels and the remaining 58% will be directed to construction activity.

Sp far this year Fair Play Properties REIT has sealed contracts for the sales of 51 apartments (with total built-up area of 3,390 m2) worth 8.306 mln leva (4.24 mln euros).

On 6 March this year the company successfully completed the subscription for its fourth capital increase. The capital will be hiked by 5,125,370 new shares with a face value of 1leva and issuing price of 2.25 leva.
