A total of six initial public offerings (IPO) and five secondary public offerings (SPO) took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) in the end of 2007 and in the beginning of 2008, Profit.bg data show.

Billboard, CBA Asset Management, Enemona, Agria Group Holding, Herti and Mekom raised their capital on BSE, while Domokat, Stock Plus, Torgoterm, Sparky AD and CBA Asset Management registered their issues for trade on the capital market.

Trade in Herti and Mekom's stock is yet to start on BSE, while so far no deals have been sealed on the position of Domokat.

Investors have sealed deals in the stock of the other eight companies with Enemona and Billboard being the most liquid. A total of 6,227 transactions in Enemona's stock have been sealed so far to a total turnover of 19.517 mln. leva. The number of deals on the position of Billboard amounts to 2,204, while the turnover stands at 6.329 mln. leva.

During the 50 days spent as a public company Sopharma Trading saw 130 transactions to a total turnover of 316,000 leva. The number of deals in Agria Group Holding and CBA Asset management stood at 116 and 91, respectively, while the turnover amounted to 570,000 leva and 133,000 leva.

Sparky, Torgoterm and Stock Plus are the least liquid stocks with 28, 21 and 6 transactions, respectively.
