Capman Capital investment company has reduced its stake in City Development REIT (

), the weekly bulletin of the Central Depository shows.

After the transaction, registered at the Central Depository on April 17, Capman Capital's stake in the capital of City Development declined from 7% to 3.3%.

At the same time, Voluntary Pension Fund Doverie has raised its stake in the REIT from 4.87% to nearly 7%, Central Depository data show.

A total of 17,900 shares, accounting for slightly over 8% of City Development's capital, traded hands on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 15. The average price of the stock stood at 12.73 leva per share.

No deals have been sealed so far today in City Development's stock. A total of 3,047 shares in the company changed hands at an average price of 14.46 leva per share on Friday.
