At a general meeting held today shareholders in Kaolin Jsc (

) decided to allocate part of the company's 2007 profit for dividend payment, x3news reported.

2007 income stands at 17.19 mln leva (8.78 mln euros), of which the company will use 7.5 mln leva (3.83 mln euros) to pay dividend.

Kaolin's equity capital is in the amount of 25 mln leva (12.7 mln euros) allocated in as many shares. Gross dividend per share is 0.3 leva, which comes to a net 0.285 leva.

Shareholders registered as such no later than 14 days after the GM date will be entitled to receive dividend. The payment starting date is not yet clear.

Shareholders also decided to add 9.33 mln leva (4.77 mln euros) of 2007 income to Reserves.

The stock is currently down 0.94% on BSE to 10.3 leva at a turnover of 1,225 shares.
