Chimimport was the most traded company on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) in October, the monthly bulletin of the bourse shows. Las month a total of 1.51 mln shares of the company traded hands in 4 972 transactions. The overall turnover on the position came to slightly over 6 mln leva.

First Investment Bank (FIbank) ranks second with a total of 3,914 deals. The monthly traded volume volume amounted to 4.02 mln shares, while the turnover totaled 13.6 mln leva.

Monbat is the third most traded company on BSE in October. Nearly 661,000 shares in the company changed hands in 2 879 transactions. The turnover totaled 4.53 mln leva.

Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria and Eurohold Bulgaria rank fourth and fifth, respectively. Nearly 2 mln shares in Zarneni Hrani were transferred las month in 2,478 deals. The turnover came to 2.05 mln leva.

Deals in Eurohold Bulgaria's stock stood at 2,301, while the traded volume and the turnover amounted to 669,507 shares and 1.76 mln leva.
